2-5 business day shipping does not happen and I have refused to pay their $10 faster processing fee. they create FedEx shipping label that tell you nothing, just another way for them to blame there poor business on a FedEx.
The only way to reach them is to online chat, or submit a ticket. When you online chat they tell you they cant help and you need to submit a ticket.
A good way to run your company in the ground. the only thing they have going for them is there prices and selection, as long as you do not need the items until the next camping season.....
